Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- process check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- manage guest reservations using the OPERA system
- handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with tact and professionalism
- maintain accurate guest records and payment information
- provide information about hotel services and facilities
- coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
