Job Requirements
- Must have high-volume bartender experience
- Must have craft bartending skills
- Must have a true desire to satisfy guest needs in a fast-paced environment
- Must have refined verbal communication skills
- Must have physical stamina to lift moderate weights
- Must be TABC and Food Handler Certified
- Must understand state and local serving guidelines
- Must be able to work primarily afternoon and evening shifts including weekends and holidays
- Preferred to have a completely flexible schedule including opening and mid shifts
Job Qualifications
- High-volume bartending experience
- Demonstrated craft bartending skills
- Strong verbal communication skills
- TABC certification
- Food handler certification
- Understanding of state and local serving guidelines
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Provide libations and offer customized drink recommendations
- Maintain knowledge of mixology, bar equipment, and sanitation standards
- Ensure the bar area is attractive and well-maintained
- Deliver high levels of guest interaction including tableside service
- Work efficiently in a high-volume environment
- Engage with guests to create meaningful experiences
- Collaborate with team members to support overall service quality
