Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior cooking experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to follow health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a cook or in a kitchen environment preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality food standards
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes and instructions
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide excellent customer service
  • Previous experience in hospitality or food service is a plus but willing to train the right candidate

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook a variety of meals including breakfast, lunch, and dinner dishes according to recipes and hotel standards
  • Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner maintaining quality and presentation standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen including adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Assist with inventory and kitchen supplies including receiving and storing deliveries
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service
