Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a kitchen or cooking role preferred
Ability to work evening and weekend shifts
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures

Job Qualifications

Prior experience as a cook or in a kitchen environment preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality food standards
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions
Ability to work as part of a team and provide excellent customer service
Previous experience in hospitality or food service is a plus, willing to train the right candidate

Job Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of meals including breakfast, lunch, and dinner according to recipes and hotel standards
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner maintaining quality and presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
Assist with inventory and kitchen supplies including receiving and storing deliveries
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service
