Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a kitchen or cooking role preferred
- Ability to work evening and weekend shifts
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience as a cook or in a kitchen environment preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality food standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions
- Ability to work as part of a team and provide excellent customer service
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is a plus, willing to train the right candidate
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals including breakfast, lunch, and dinner according to recipes and hotel standards
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner maintaining quality and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with inventory and kitchen supplies including receiving and storing deliveries
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service
