Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior cooking or kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including breakfast and banquet shifts
- Team-oriented mindset
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience as a cook or in a kitchen environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions
- Ability to work as part of a team and provide excellent customer service
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is a plus
- Willingness to learn and be trained
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals including breakfast, lunch, and dinner dishes according to recipes and hotel standards
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner maintaining quality and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen including adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with inventory and kitchen supplies including receiving and storing deliveries
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service
