Job Requirements
- Must reside on the Island of Oahu
- Full-time availability (38-40 hours per week)
- Weekend availability required
- Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Access to computer or laptop with internet for remote onboarding preferred but not required
- Fluency in English
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse cultural groups
- Authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales and/or customer service (1-3 years preferred)
- Experience within the tourism, hospitality, or travel industry
- Exceptional sales and customer service skills
- Knowledge of the Hawaiian Islands and local tours
- Ability to grasp customer requirements and tailor solutions accordingly
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to speak, read, and write in Japanese (preferred)
- Experience using POS systems (preferred)
Job Duties
- Serve as an ambassador of Aloha by assisting guests with booking activities and tours on Oahu and neighboring islands
- Provide exceptional sales and customer service by understanding and catering to individual guest needs
- Work collaboratively with hotel concierge desks to deliver seamless service
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Utilize POS systems and computer applications to process bookings and transactions
- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Participate in remote and on-site training sessions to maintain product knowledge and sales techniques
