Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- two years of hospitality experience preferred
- strong oral and written communication skills
- proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Office
- ability to anticipate and meet guest needs
- knowledge of local events and attractions
- must follow health and safety guidelines
- able to work scheduled shifts reliably
- must perform essential duties with or without accommodations
- comply with dress code and appearance standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- two years of hospitality experience preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- ability to anticipate guest needs
- knowledge of local community events and attractions
- ability to maintain professionalism and dress code standards
- trained in health, safety, and sanitation procedures
- ability to multitask and prioritize duties
- alcohol knowledge preferred for PM shift attendants
Job Duties
- Naturally greet guests upon entering the lobby with a sincere and welcoming smile
- offer assistance such as providing luggage carts
- facilitate guest needs including room and restaurant reservations and daily requests
- learn and recognize regular guests by name
- anticipate guest needs before they are expressed
- be knowledgeable about the hotel, its services, and local events and attractions
- prioritize job functions to satisfy guest needs
- provide the highest quality of service at all times
- maintain cleanliness and order in the lounge and work areas
- restock products and supplies as needed
- follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- adhere to emergency and life safety procedures
- follow dress code standards
- encourage guest feedback and reviews
- perform other duties as assigned by management
