Job Requirements
- At least 6 months experience in a guest-facing role
- Ability to deliver a 5-star experience
- Clear and active communication skills
- Love for local city and knowledge of area
- Physical ability to stand/walk long periods
- Ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Flexibility in schedule including holidays and weekends

Job Duties
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism-be their trusted go-to from check-in to check-out
- Recommend the best local dining, entertainment, shopping, and attractions-you're the insider they didn't know they needed
- Assist with reservations, transportation, event tickets, and anything else guests may require
- Help with guest mail, messages, and business center needs
- Ensure the lobby and concierge area remain clean, organized, and inviting
- Stay cool under pressure while resolving guest concerns with courtesy and care
- Support a seamless experience by partnering with front desk, valet, bell staff, and other departments
