Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate
- Fluency in English verbal and non-verbal
- Provide legible communication
- Compute basic arithmetic
- 1 year experience in similar 5 star hotel or resort position
- Ability to input and access information in property management system
- Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
- Prioritize and organize
- Be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment
- Follow directions thoroughly
- Understand guest’s service needs
- Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team
- Work with minimal supervision
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent resort data
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional demeanor
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate
- Fluency in English verbal and non-verbal
- 1 year experience in a similar position in a 5 star style hotel or resort
- Ability to input and access information in property management system
- Attention to detail, speed and accuracy in job functions
- Ability to prioritize and organize
- Clear thinker resolving problems with good judgment
- Ability to follow directions thoroughly
- Understand guest service needs
- Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team
- Work with minimal supervision

- College degree or formal training in hospitality industry
- Previous concierge experience in luxury market
- Fluency in a second language preferably Spanish
- Knowledge of local attractions, services and suppliers
- Certification in guest relations, liquor, wine and food service
- Previous culinary experience
- Certification in alcohol awareness program
- Ability to suggestively sell
- Certification in CPR
Job Duties
- Provide information to guest and visitor inquiries
- Coordinate all guest requests for special arrangements or services
- Attend to immediate needs of guests pre-arrival, throughout stay, and post-stay
- Attend the needs of all permanent residents
- Communicate effectively with internal departments
- Operate property management system and maintain guest confidentiality
- Deliver excellent customer service maintaining a professional demeanor
