- 2-3 years experience in hotel or related field
- Previous supervisory experience preferred

- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams effectively
- Knowledge of housekeeping operations and standards
- Commitment to guest satisfaction and team motivation
Job Duties
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations including inspections and productivity checks
- Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping staff including Room Attendants and House Attendants
- Manage lost-and-found items and maintain key control and security
- Ensure all facilities and equipment meet sanitation and cleanliness standards
- Prepare and submit housekeeping reports and maintain accurate records
- Serve as acting Housekeeping Manager when required
- Promote and enforce safety protocols throughout the housekeeping department
