Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Compliance with certification requirements including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid

Job Duties
- Greet guests with genuine warmth and keep check-ins and check-outs smooth and stress-free
- Manage reservations, VIP requests, and guest interactions with professionalism
- Track operational logs, manage messages and packages to ensure efficiency
- Monitor and adjust room rates, packages, and promotions to maximize revenue
- Lead and train front desk team members, fostering a strong team environment
- Handle guest concerns and workplace issues with confidence and creativity
- Uphold safety standards and hotel policies consistently
