Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Compliance with certification requirements including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with genuine warmth and keep check-ins and check-outs smooth and stress-free
  • Manage reservations, VIP requests, and guest interactions with professionalism
  • Track operational logs, manage messages and packages to ensure efficiency
  • Monitor and adjust room rates, packages, and promotions to maximize revenue
  • Lead and train front desk team members, fostering a strong team environment
  • Handle guest concerns and workplace issues with confidence and creativity
  • Uphold safety standards and hotel policies consistently
