- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum 6 years of progressive hotel sales experience or relevant college degree plus related experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated mastery of professional selling techniques
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks independently
- Skilled in presentations
- Expertise in managing diverse teams
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations
- Experience working with financial data and basic arithmetic
