  • At least 7 years of related progressive experience or a culinary graduate with at least 2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field

Job Duties

  • Supervise the preparation of food items maintaining high standards of quality and presentation across all dining outlets
  • Lead and assist kitchen staff utilizing previous supervisory experience to ensure efficient kitchen operations
  • Anticipate needs evaluate alternatives and solve problems efficiently in high-pressure situations
  • Clearly convey information and ideas and effectively listen to and understand issues raised by co-workers and guests
  • Work with financial information and basic arithmetic functions to support kitchen operations
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain a clean and safe work environment
