Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of food and beverage outlet customer service experience including cash handling
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Capability to manage cash securely and accurately
- Access to and responsibility for sensitive hotel areas
- Maintain professional conduct and sound judgment
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Have a minimum of 6 months of food and beverage outlet customer service experience, including cash handling
- Previous Barista experience preferred
- Demonstrate friendliness and a customer-centric attitude
- Radiate a positive and accommodating demeanor when interacting with customers
- Maintain a professional appearance and dress consistently
Job Duties
- Prepare beverages requested by customers or servers according to standard operating procedures
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to maximize efficiency
- Set up the bar and back bar according to established procedures
- Respond quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner
- Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform pre and post-shift side work including stock service station and coffee preparation
- Handle cash transactions including preparing and depositing cash drops, securing and balancing bank
- Interact with guests and colleagues, representing the company positively
- Access and control sensitive areas within the hotel such as storage and liquor room
- Maintain a high level of trust and responsibility
