Job Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of food and beverage outlet customer service experience including cash handling
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Capability to manage cash securely and accurately
  • Access to and responsibility for sensitive hotel areas
  • Maintain professional conduct and sound judgment
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Have a minimum of 6 months of food and beverage outlet customer service experience, including cash handling
  • Previous Barista experience preferred
  • Demonstrate friendliness and a customer-centric attitude
  • Radiate a positive and accommodating demeanor when interacting with customers
  • Maintain a professional appearance and dress consistently

Job Duties

  • Prepare beverages requested by customers or servers according to standard operating procedures
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas to maximize efficiency
  • Set up the bar and back bar according to established procedures
  • Respond quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner
  • Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Perform pre and post-shift side work including stock service station and coffee preparation
  • Handle cash transactions including preparing and depositing cash drops, securing and balancing bank
  • Interact with guests and colleagues, representing the company positively
  • Access and control sensitive areas within the hotel such as storage and liquor room
  • Maintain a high level of trust and responsibility
