Job Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of food and beverage outlet customer service experience including cash handling
- previous Barista experience preferred
- ability to provide friendly and customer-centric service
- professional appearance and grooming
- ability to handle cash securely and balance cash bank
- ability to access and manage sensitive areas and information
- ability to maintain high level of trust and responsibility
- ability to represent the company with good judgment and professional conduct
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of food and beverage outlet customer service experience including cash handling, preferably previous Barista experience
- friendly and customer-centric attitude with a positive and accommodating demeanor
- professional appearance and dress at all times
- ability to interact politely and effectively with guests and colleagues
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Prepares beverages requested by customers or servers according to standard operating procedures
- maintains clean and organized work areas to maximize efficiency
- sets up the bar and back bar according to established procedures
- responds quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner and follows up to ensure guest satisfaction
- performs pre and post-shift side work including stock service station and makes coffee
- handles cash transactions including preparing and depositing cash drops, securing and balancing bank
- accesses and controls sensitive areas in the hotel premises including storage and liquor room
- maintains a high level of trust and responsibility while representing the company professionally
