Job Duties

  • This role includes greeting and registering guests, as well as assisting with the check-out process
  • Your role as a Hotel Cashier demands you to greet incoming visitors warmly and promptly, while facilitating their registration process with a high level of politeness
  • Carries out the formalities needed for guests to end their hotel stay
  • Assisting guests in resolving challenges encountered while staying at a hotel
  • Effectively coding electronic keys, choosing the right rooms based on requirements, and promoting hotel amenities are the key aspects to upgrade guests
  • Includes guest welcome programs in marketing strategies and assists guests with their luggage and room assignments
  • We want our guests to feel appreciated, which is why our welcome packet includes room keys, thoughtful gifts, and tokens of gratitude
