Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Effective communication skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- Willingness to work as part of a team

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, friendly, and efficient service in the Bistro
- Prepare and serve breakfast items, specialty coffee drinks, and other menu offerings according to Marriott recipes and standards
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, process orders, and handle cash/credit transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the Bistro, dining area, and all food preparation areas in accordance with health and safety guidelines
- Stock and replenish supplies, condiments, utensils, and grab-and-go items as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist with opening duties, including setting up equipment, brewing coffee, and preparing food
- Provide product knowledge to guests and make menu recommendations when appropriate
- Comply with Marriott service standards, uniform guidelines, and appearance policies
- Support other hotel departments when needed to enhance guest satisfaction
