Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years as a Beverage Manager in a luxury hotel
- strong knowledge of current beverage trends
- experience managing beverage costs, inventory, labor, and vendor partnerships
- proven ability to lead, train, and develop teams while maintaining high service standards
- comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, making decisions, and solving problems under pressure
- excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences

Job Duties
- Lead by example across all beverage operations
- develop and oversee beverage programs for all outlets including bars, restaurants, in-room dining, and events
- lead, train and manage beverage team members
- collaborate with culinary leadership and restaurant managers to align menus, costs, and service experience
- manage inventory, purchasing, vendor relationships, and beverage cost controls
- ensure service standards are upheld
- maintain visibility on the floor, support staff during peak periods, and respond to guest feedback
- uphold all safety and compliance standards
- additional responsibilities as needed
