Job Duties
- greet and seat guests as necessary
- anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day
- maintain and improve the quality of the guest experience at all times
- be familiar with all hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately
- resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction
- monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas
- assist guests with luggage
- maintain organization of storage of luggage and beach amenities
- distribute and track hotel amenities with guests
- complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor including cross-training
