- Prior experience in hotel or customer service role
- Ability to stand and walk for extensive periods
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests as necessary
- Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly
- Maintain and improve the quality of guest experience
- Be familiar with hotel services and local attractions
- Resolve guest complaints for satisfaction
- Monitor cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Assist guests with luggage including lifting
- Organize storage of luggage and beach amenities
- Distribute and track hotel amenities with guests
- Complete tasks assigned by supervisor including cross-training
