Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver s license and safe driving record
- ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles
- physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods
- ability to lift and move moderate to heavy luggage
- ability to work evenings weekends and holidays
- good communication skills

Job Duties
- Welcomes all guests to the resort providing dynamic high-quality service to all guests and assisting guests with luggage to and from accommodations
- navigates guest vehicles responsibly to designated valet lot
- educates guests on the resort and emergency procedures
- works effectively in a team environment
- drive guests vehicles responsibly to designated valet services
- greet all guests open the vehicle doors explain the valet procedures and ask if guests need directions tag keys and perform access control duties
- accurately account for guest keys and assume responsibilities
- polish luggage carts and help maintain cleanliness in the lobby area luggage storage area and throughout the front of the house
- be prepared to answer questions from guests related to the park hotel and surrounding areas
- assist the bell associates with guest needs during periods of high guest flow large groups etc
- assist hotel with guest retention by providing excellent customer service
- actively model the merlin way
- provide accurate and timely communication to guests and promote contribute to effective communication within the team
