Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift and move moderate to heavy luggage
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures

Job Duties
- Welcome all guests to the resort providing dynamic high-quality service to guests and assisting with luggage
- Navigate guest vehicles responsibly to designated valet lot
- Educate guests on resort and emergency procedures
- Work effectively in a team environment
- Drive guests vehicles responsibly to designated valet services
- Greet guests open vehicle doors explain valet procedures and ask if guests need directions tag keys and perform access control duties
- Accurately account for guest keys and maintain responsibilities
- Polish luggage carts and help maintain cleanliness in lobby area luggage storage and front of house areas
- Answer questions from guests related to park hotel and surrounding areas
- Assist Bell Associates with guest needs during high guest flow and large groups
- Provide excellent customer service to assist with guest retention
- Engage and interact with guests professionally and manage guest property responsibly

- Provide accurate timely communication to guests and promote effective team communication
