Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Clean motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in three years
  • Pass and maintain a clean background check
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in parking, hospitality, or customer service preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
  • Clean motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in three years
  • Ability to handle luggage safely and efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Assist guests with luggage handling and provide support during check-in and check-out
  • Greet guests warmly and provide directions and hotel amenity information
  • Coordinate transportation arrangements and offer local recommendations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and bell stand
  • Ensure safety and security compliance by following proper procedures for handling guest belongings and monitoring the lobby environment
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and provide concierge support
  • Collaborate with valet parking operations and front desk staff to ensure smooth arrivals and departures
