Job Requirements
- Flexible availability between 2pm and 2am
- Desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Must have legal age to serve alcohol
- Ability to work full-time
- Physically capable of lifting moderate amounts of weight
Job Qualifications
- One year of previous bartending experience
- Previous hotel experience
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Understanding of state and local alcohol serving laws
- Ability to engage in casual conversation and build rapport with guests
- Physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
Job Duties
- Provide libations and customized beverage recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards of the bar area
- Utilize knowledge of mixology techniques and bar equipment
- Offer friendly and engaging customer service
- Adhere to state and local alcohol serving guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth bar operation
- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
