Job Requirements

Prior bartending experience of 1-2 years
Knowledge of bartending principles and recipes
Exceptional hospitality and customer service skills
Ability to organize and multi-task with accuracy and attention to detail
Availability to work holidays and weekends
Flexibility to work varied hours depending on business needs
Ability to pass required alcohol and food service certifications
Basic education to read, write, and comprehend instructions
Capability to frequently lift, push, pull, bend, squat, and stoop
Stamina for constant walking and standing
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
Willingness to wear uniforms and personal protective equipment
Adaptability to temperature variations in work environment
Positive demeanor in a dynamic work setting

Job Qualifications

Prior bartending experience of 1-2 years required
Knowledge of bartending principles and recipes and current trends
Displays phenomenal hospitality, friendliness, and customer service skills
Demonstrates organizational and multi-tasking skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
Available to work holidays and weekends
Must be flexible to work shorter or longer hours due to business volume
Able to pass all Aramark and state/local required alcohol and food service certifications
Sufficient education or training to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions

Job Duties

Work effectively with team members to deliver exceptional customer service, creating a positive experience for all guests
Mix and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Provide servers with beverages for customers dining in
Adhere to all established alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines including checking patrons' identification to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements for alcohol consumption
Set up and break down workstations, including cleaning and sanitizing
Take inventory counts and ensure product is stocked to appropriate levels
Accurately operate the computerized cash register and be responsible for recording and handling all cash tips received from guests
Adhere to Aramark, San Diego County, and OSHA safety policies and procedures for proper food safety, sanitation, and disposal
Work in a fast-paced and multi-task environment with varying temperatures, both indoor and outdoor
Assist with catering and special events as needed
Adhere to the uniform policy
