Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of banquets and events, ensuring all details meet client specifications and hotel standards
- Supervise and support the banquet team, providing direction and leadership during events
- Ensure proper staffing levels for each event and manage team schedules
- Work closely with the kitchen and sales teams to coordinate food service and event timelines
- Address guest concerns and resolve any issues during events promptly and professionally
- Maintain inventory of banquet supplies and equipment and ensure proper maintenance
