Job Duties
- Provide exceptional guest service
- bus and set tables including condiments as needed
- prepare room for events by setting table cloths, dishes, silverware
- assist in cleaning and organizing at event completion
- be familiar with all menu items, their preparation and service procedures
- serve guests food and drinks during events
- abide by all state, federal and corporate liquor regulations
- accommodate reasonable special requests
- follow directions from banquet captain, lead server or banquet manager
- perform other duties as assigned by management
