Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent preferred
- Previous hospitality industry experience preferred
- Ability to communicate in English
- Ability to count
- Ability to read and write legibly
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Knowledge of sanitation regulations
- Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting up to 60 lbs
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be self-motivated and detail oriented

- Ability to read and write legibly
- Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team
- Ability to communicate in a second language, preferably Spanish
- Familiar with proper sanitation regulations
- Knowledge of proper chemical handling

- Previous experience within the hospitality industry preferred
- Must be detail oriented, confident and efficient with great people skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a demanding environment
- Must be able to apply common sense to carry out instructions
- Ability to work independently
Job Duties
- Cleaning and disinfecting surfaces and areas
- Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures
- Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
- Organizing and stocking guest supplies
- Changing linens and towels
- Removing waste and maintaining recycling
- Maintaining cleanliness of dining utensils and kitchen areas
- Assisting with food storage, rotation, and preparation
