Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality industry preferred
- Ability to communicate in English
- Ability to communicate in a second language preferably Spanish
- Ability to count
- Ability to read and write legibly
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of proper sanitation and chemical handling
- Physical ability to perform tasks including standing, walking, lifting up to 25-60 lbs, bending, stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling
- Availability to work fluctuating hours including weekends and holidays
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Job Duties
- Cleaning and disinfecting surfaces and areas after each guest vacates
- Dusting and polishing furniture, woodwork, light fixtures, and ceiling fans
- Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors, and shampooing carpets as needed
- Organizing and restocking guest supplies such as toiletries and stationery
- Changing linens and towels, replacing with clean items
- Removing waste and recycling properly, following health and safety regulations
- Maintaining cleanliness of dining utensils, kitchen equipment, and storage areas
- Assisting with food preparation including salads, grilling, and garnishing dishes
- Performing other duties as requested like cleaning spills and special guest requests
