Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least two years of experience in food and beverage management
  • TABC certification
  • Food handling certification
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team

Job Duties

  • Lead daily operations across multiple outlets with energy and precision
  • Manage scheduling, forecasting, and training to keep teams sharp and service seamless
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
  • Collaborate on special events and activations that showcase culinary creativity
  • Uphold Hyatt’s gold standard of hospitality in every detail
  • Foster a positive and motivated team environment
