Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of experience in food and beverage management
- TABC certification
- Food handling certification
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team

Job Duties
- Lead daily operations across multiple outlets with energy and precision
- Manage scheduling, forecasting, and training to keep teams sharp and service seamless
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
- Collaborate on special events and activations that showcase culinary creativity
- Uphold Hyatt’s gold standard of hospitality in every detail
- Foster a positive and motivated team environment
- Monitor and analyze outlet performance to drive improvements
