Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in food and beverage management preferred
- Certification in TABC and food handling required
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations
- Ability to manage multiple outlets and teams effectively

- Lead daily operations across multiple outlets with energy and precision
- Manage scheduling, forecasting, and training to keep teams sharp and service seamless
