Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in food and beverage management preferred
  • Certification in TABC and food handling required
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations
  • Ability to manage multiple outlets and teams effectively

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in food & beverage management preferred
  • Knowledgeable in wine and upscale beverage service
  • Certified in TABC and Food Handling
  • Organized, flexible, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative spirit with fun, drive, and team-first energy
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Lead daily operations across multiple outlets with energy and precision
  • Manage scheduling, forecasting, and training to keep teams sharp and service seamless
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
  • Collaborate on special events and activations that showcase our culinary creativity
