Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a supervisory or management role in hospitality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a 45-hour work week including afternoons and evenings
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Availability to assist in various departments as needed
- Commitment to guest satisfaction and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel operations or hospitality management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple operational areas including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Security
- Problem-solving skills to respond to guest concerns effectively
- Understanding of Hyatt brand standards
- Ability to perform audits and follow company policies
- Experience in team engagement and motivation
Job Duties
- Maintain professional and healthy relationships with all departments within the hotel
- Respond to a variety of guest requests with corrective analyzing and brand standards
- Perform all audit procedures as set forth by the Hotel and company, periodically as needed
- Lead by example and with a sense of ownership
- Quickly correct safety concerns and ensure guest and colleague safety
- Address any guest concerns while ensuring the proper follow-up is delivered
- Lead the effort for colleague engagement during our afternoon and evenings shifts
