Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • 2-4 years of hotel supervisory or management experience
  • strong knowledge of front office systems and property management software
  • excellent leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally

Job Duties

  • assist in managing daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
  • ensure exceptional guest service standards are maintained at all times
  • address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally
  • monitor occupancy levels, room inventory, and rate strategies
  • support revenue management and cost-control initiatives
  • supervise, coach, and develop team members
  • assist with scheduling and payroll oversight
  • ensure compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and company policies
  • conduct daily property walks to ensure cleanliness and operational readiness
  • support audit processes and financial reporting as needed
  • assist with hiring, training, and performance management
