Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- 2-4 years of hotel supervisory or management experience
- strong knowledge of front office systems and property management software
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally

Job Duties
- assist in managing daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
- ensure exceptional guest service standards are maintained at all times
- address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally
- monitor occupancy levels, room inventory, and rate strategies
- support revenue management and cost-control initiatives
- supervise, coach, and develop team members
- assist with scheduling and payroll oversight
- ensure compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and company policies
- conduct daily property walks to ensure cleanliness and operational readiness
- support audit processes and financial reporting as needed
- assist with hiring, training, and performance management
