Job Requirements
- College degree in hospitality or a related field preferred
- two to three years previous experience in the rooms division
- excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
- strong communication skills between co-workers and guests
- ability to multi-task on several assignments at once
- ability to operate computer equipment and a variety of systems
- knowledge of various computer systems such as Opera, Givex, HOTSOS
- successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States

Job Duties
- Leads, trains, schedules, and evaluates the Front Desk team, ensuring performance standards are met and addressing disciplinary matters when necessary
- resolves guest concerns with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, providing accurate information and accommodating special requests whenever possible
- coordinates arrivals, departures, and billing needs with Sales and Catering, ensuring room blocks are accurate and that all special attention, return, and group guests are properly handled
- ensures all financial and credit procedures are strictly followed, promptly addressing any credit concerns in partnership with the Director of Front Office and/or Credit Manager
- fosters a positive and supportive team culture focused on service excellence
- maintains strong communication and collaboration with other hotel departments to deliver seamless guest experiences
- manages front office operations to optimize efficiency and guest satisfaction
