Job Requirements
- Must already be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Two years of food service or related experience in a luxury atmosphere
- Ability to accurately process cash and credit card transactions
- Proficient in English speaking, reading, and writing
- Strong knowledge of the Washington DC area
- Two to three years of previous Rooms Division experience
- Flexible with schedule including weekdays, weekends, holidays, overtime, and overnight shifts

Job Duties
- Oversee Front Desk operations and act as manager on duty in absence of senior managers
- Welcome and register hotel guests, explaining accommodations and establishing payment methods
- Manage guest check-out processes, prepare and explain bills
- Respond promptly to a wide variety of guest requests, accurately assessing needs and adding personalized recommendations
- Ensure compliance with Four Seasons policies while maximizing guest satisfaction
- Direct and supervise Front Desk staff, providing guidance and support
- Maintain organization and accuracy in financial transactions including cash and credit card processing
