Job Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of hotel leadership experience required
- Previous hotel-related experience required
- A college degree or diploma in hotel management or a related field preferred
- Experience in financial accounting, personnel supervision and problem resolution preferred
- Excellent computer skills preferred

Job Duties
- Provide training, oversight and leadership to staff and department heads
- Act as the hotel’s public relations director and promote the property within the hotel industry, local community, and trade associations
- Assist General Manager in wage scale surveys and ensure employee wages follow company and industry salary guidelines
- Monitor maintenance progress and furniture, furnishings, and equipment conditions and provide status reports to the General Manager
- Audit par stock in all areas to ensure all required hotel supplies are ordered and stocked in advance of need
- Ensure hotel staff is provided with uniforms and name tags and uphold company and brand grooming standards
