Job Duties

  • Assist General Manager in supervising work at all levels including front desk, breakfast staff, and housekeeping staff
  • Set clear objectives and allocate responsibilities to achieve efficient operations
  • Communicate with guests to welcome them, address complaints, and provide information
  • Assist in managing maintenance issues, staff or equipment shortages, and renovations
  • Regularly inspect facilities to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • Guide employees to work as a cooperative and effective team
  • Foster a climate of cooperation and set examples through leadership
