Job Duties
- Assist General Manager in supervising work at all levels including front desk, breakfast staff, and housekeeping staff
- Set clear objectives and allocate responsibilities to achieve efficient operations
- Communicate with guests to welcome them, address complaints, and provide information
- Assist in managing maintenance issues, staff or equipment shortages, and renovations
- Regularly inspect facilities to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Guide employees to work as a cooperative and effective team
- Foster a climate of cooperation and set examples through leadership
