Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum three years of relevant hotel experience
- at least two years in a hospitality management role
- proficiency in basic accounting and front office software
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- excellent customer service and complaint resolution skills

Job Duties
- Lead front office operations with a focus on exceptional guest service
- supervise hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management of front desk team
- maintain regular contact with in-house guests and community clients to foster loyalty
- uphold safety procedures and standards for guests and team members
- address guest concerns promptly to ensure service quality
- maximize revenue and occupancy through room sales, upselling, and reservations
- assist with accounting functions including billing, reporting, and financial reconciliation
