Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum three years of relevant hotel experience
  • at least two years in a hospitality management role
  • proficiency in basic accounting and front office software
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • At least three years of related hotel experience
  • minimum of two years in hospitality management
  • strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • ability to handle pressure with poise
  • strong leadership skills and professional image
  • excellent customer service and complaint resolution skills
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Lead front office operations with a focus on exceptional guest service
  • supervise hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management of front desk team
  • maintain regular contact with in-house guests and community clients to foster loyalty
  • uphold safety procedures and standards for guests and team members
  • address guest concerns promptly to ensure service quality
  • maximize revenue and occupancy through room sales, upselling, and reservations
  • assist with accounting functions including billing, reporting, and financial reconciliation
