Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years hotel management experience
  • Proven effective leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to assess and respond to guest and market needs
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of hotel manager experience in a comparable property
  • Proven track record of achieving profit and guest service-related goals
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in strategic planning and team management

Job Duties

  • Plan, organize, direct, and coordinate operations of housekeeping, sales, engineering, and front desk management departments
  • Provide leadership and strategic planning to support service expectations and maximize operations
  • Manage day-to-day staff operations and employee relations
  • Evaluate guest needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape to recommend operational changes
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and employee engagement to maximize profitability
  • Support development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations
