Job Duties
- Assist General Manager in supervising work at all levels (Front Desk, Breakfast staff, housekeeping staff) and set clear objectives
- Assist in plan activities and allocate responsibilities to achieve the most efficient operating model
- Communicate with guests (welcome them, address complaints, find solutions, offer information)
- Assist in dealing with maintenance issues, staff or equipment shortages, renovations
- Assist in inspecting facilities regularly and enforce compliance with health and safety standards
