Job Requirements

  • Previous supervisory position
  • Experience with Hilton PEP Operating System
  • University degree or diploma in hotel management or related field
  • 2 to 5 years of hospitality industry experience
  • Excellent public relations and guest complaint handling skills
  • Strong management and supervisory skills
  • Available to work weekends, holidays, and nights
  • Must be available 24/7 for emergencies

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Hilton PEP Operating System experience
  • Experience in financial accounting, personnel supervision, and problem resolution
  • Excellent computer system skills
  • Strong public relations and guest complaint resolution skills
  • Management and supervisory knowledge and ability
  • Familiarity with franchise front desk standards and procedures

Job Duties

  • Provide courteous guest service by responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests and complaints
  • Coordinate the delivery of guest services by other hotel departments and outside businesses
  • Process all incoming and outgoing reservation and cancellation requests in a timely manner
  • Assist guests upon arrival and handle check-in procedures swiftly and accurately
  • Develop short-term and long-term financial operational plans for the Guest Services Department
  • Operate PBX equipment to handle incoming and outgoing calls and paging of guests
  • Ensure full compliance to hotel operating controls, policies, procedures, and service standards
  • Interview, select, and train all front office staff including orientation and development programs
  • Maintain physical product standards by managing preventative maintenance programs and scheduling deep cleaning activities
  • Serve as Manager on Duty in absence of General Manager
  • Be available 24/7 to respond to guest or employee emergencies
