Job Duties
- assist with overall performance of property operations including guest satisfaction and labor management
- train associates on brand and company standards
- supervise associates to ensure high service and associate retention
- maintain compliance with brand and company initiatives
- inspect safety and security standards
- collaborate with corporate teams in HR, Accounting, Revenue, and Sales
- fill in operational positions as needed
- manage administrative accounting processes and cash management
- participate in weekly and monthly meetings
- oversee day-to-day operations in absence of General Manager
- assist in hiring, training, and onboarding employees
- conduct performance reviews
- create employee schedules
- document guest and associate incidents
