Job Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of hotel supervisory/management experience
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Availability to work mostly 4:00 PM to 12:00 midnight
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays
- Capable of providing training and leadership
- Strong organizational skills
- Commitment to uphold company core values

- Minimum 2+ years of hotel supervisory/management experience required

- Experience working in hospitality or hotel management

- Knowledge of budgeting and revenue management
Job Duties
- Assist in hiring, developing, inspiring and leading your team to achieve budgeted revenues and profitability
- Assist in hiring, developing, inspiring and leading your team to exceed every guest's expectations
- Work closely with the General Manager to achieve or exceed expectations
- Clearly communicate expectations to all associates, holding yourself and others accountable
- Operate the hotel as if it was your own
- Assist in providing a safe, healthy environment for all guests and associates
- Assure that your daily actions and decision making reflects TPI's nine core values
