Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of hotel supervisory/management experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Availability to work mostly 4:00 PM to 12:00 midnight
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays
  • Capable of providing training and leadership
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Commitment to uphold company core values

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of hotel supervisory/management experience required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide clear and concise training
  • Solid organizational skills
  • Experience working in hospitality or hotel management
  • Leadership skills in team development and motivation
  • Knowledge of budgeting and revenue management

Job Duties

  • Assist in hiring, developing, inspiring and leading your team to achieve budgeted revenues and profitability
  • Assist in hiring, developing, inspiring and leading your team to exceed every guest's expectations
  • Work closely with the General Manager to achieve or exceed expectations
  • Clearly communicate expectations to all associates, holding yourself and others accountable
  • Operate the hotel as if it was your own
  • Assist in providing a safe, healthy environment for all guests and associates
  • Assure that your daily actions and decision making reflects TPI's nine core values
