Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments
- Oversee guest services, ensuring exceptional service and handling any guest issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Lead and motivate staff, providing training and support to maintain high service standards
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure smooth hotel operations and resolve any cross-functional issues
- Help manage budgets, inventory, and costs to ensure operational efficiency and profitability
- Assist with scheduling, staffing, and performance reviews to maintain a positive and productive work environment
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
