Job Requirements
- Previous housekeeping experience within a hotel
- Experience with major hotel brands like Marriott, Hilton, or Starwood highly desired
- Ability to perform inventory management and cost control
- Ability to ensure hotel policies and brand standards are followed

Job Duties
- Perform daily housekeeping skills as needed
- Inspect safety and security measures to ensure compliance
- Assist with overall performance of housekeeping department including guest satisfaction, brand quality assurance, budget, and labor
- Train associates on brand and company standards to maximize revenue
- Promote brand and company standards in actions and communications
- Maintain compliance with policies and stay updated on new brand and company initiatives
