Job Duties

  • Partner with the events services department head to plan and execute events that leave a lasting impression
  • lead and support banquet and corporate service teams with clarity, energy, and a focus on guest satisfaction
  • coordinate logistics, staffing, and setup to keep everything running smoothly
  • communicate event details clearly and confidently to ensure great service
  • bring creativity to décor and presentation while maintaining brand standards
  • handle administrative tasks such as payroll, inventory, and budgeting with precision
  • collaborate with culinary, stewarding, catering, and beverage teams to deliver events that feel effortless and elevated
