Job Duties
- Partner with the events services department head to plan and execute events that leave a lasting impression
 - lead and support banquet and convention services teams with clarity, energy, and a focus on guest satisfaction
 - coordinate logistics, staffing, and setup to keep everything running smoothly
 - communicate event details clearly and confidently to ensure excellent service
 - bring creativity to décor and presentation while maintaining brand standards
 - handle administrative tasks such as payroll, inventory, and budgeting with precision
 - maintain a positive team environment that sets the tone for exceptional guest experiences
 - collaborate with culinary, stewarding, catering, and beverage teams to deliver seamless and elevated events
