Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Four year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in Rooms Division or similar luxury hospitality role
  • Strong knowledge of Forbes Service Standards and luxury guest experience
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor diverse teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and drive operational efficiency
  • Strong problem solving and decision making abilities
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing guest needs and operational priorities
  • Neat, clean and professional appearance
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to walk and stand for up to 8 hours a day
  • Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill job duties
  • Ability to lift, push and pull up to 40 lbs regularly

Job Duties

  • Lead with purpose and care by modeling Hotel Arista’s values to inspire teams to deliver authentic personalized service that exceeds expectations
  • Champion guest experience by engaging directly with guests, anticipating needs, and resolving concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • Elevate operational excellence by overseeing Rooms Division operations, ensuring coordination between Front Office and Housekeeping while upholding Forbes standards
  • Empower and mentor teams by providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities for managers and associates fostering growth and accountability
  • Drive continuous improvement by implementing initiatives that enhance service quality, streamline processes, and strengthen associate engagement
  • Collaborate across the hotel by building strong partnerships with all departments to create a unified approach to guest satisfaction and operational success
  • Support strategic vision by working closely with the General Manager to execute programs that align with Hotel Arista’s guiding principles and long-term goals
  • Ensure compliance and safety by maintaining adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards throughout the Rooms Division
  • Optimize financial performance by monitoring budgets, controlling costs, and identifying opportunities for revenue growth within the Rooms Division
  • Champion sustainability practices by promoting eco-friendly initiatives and responsible resource management in daily operations
  • Foster associate engagement by creating a positive work environment that values feedback, recognition, and career development
  • Leverage technology and innovation by utilizing systems and tools to improve efficiency, enhance guest experience, and support team productivity
  • Perform other duties as assigned
