Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a reservations leadership role, preferably in a hotel environment
- Strong knowledge of Hyatt reservations systems
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and manage a team
- Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

Job Duties
- Manage the reservations process for both hotels, including overseeing the team responsible for taking and managing reservations, group rooming lists, and group sales bookings
- Ensuring all reservation requests are handled efficiently and accurately
- Develop and implement reservation strategies to increase occupancy and revenue
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room availability, rates, upgrades, and packages for both hotels
- Ensure the accuracy of reservations and maintain and update the hotel's reservation system and ensure that it is operating at peak efficiency
- Train, mentor, and develop the reservations team, ensuring high levels of performance, productivity, and job satisfaction
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues related to reservations promptly and professionally
