Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a reservations leadership role, preferably in a hotel environment
  • Strong knowledge of Hyatt reservations systems
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

Job Duties

  • Manage the reservations process for both hotels, including overseeing the team responsible for taking and managing reservations, group rooming lists, and group sales bookings
  • Ensuring all reservation requests are handled efficiently and accurately
  • Develop and implement reservation strategies to increase occupancy and revenue
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room availability, rates, upgrades, and packages for both hotels
  • Ensure the accuracy of reservations and maintain and update the hotel's reservation system and ensure that it is operating at peak efficiency
  • Train, mentor, and develop the reservations team, ensuring high levels of performance, productivity, and job satisfaction
  • Resolve any customer complaints or issues related to reservations promptly and professionally
