  • Proficiency in Excel and Hyatt systems such as Reserve/Opera
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent time management and follow-up abilities

  • Solid understanding of rooms inventory management

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with Event Planning Managers on all group details including rooming list updates inventory management billing and assigning group concessions
  • Prepare and update group pickup reports
  • Process new group bookings and addendums ensuring all contract details are accurately set up in the group block
  • Manage airline manifests and rooming lists
  • Serve as a key point of contact for guests and event planners handling communications via phone and email
  • Accurately process reservations and updates in the system with a high level of attention to detail
  • Partner with departments such as Front Desk Sales Events and Housekeeping to ensure a seamless pre-arrival experience
  • Prioritize tasks manage multiple responsibilities and maintain consistent follow-up
  • Support additional functions as needed including transient reservation reports and reservation inquiries
